In the USA, it is legal to sell prints with corporate logos, and to sell
photos for editorial uses. Where permission would be needed from PepsiCo
would be if I were selling the photo to be used in another company¹s
advertising. Fine art and editorial are not considered ?commercial use¹
here, even if the photos are being sold.
The same goes for photos of people. No model releases are needed for fine
art or editorial work.
