Thanks, Rick.

My ramblin' days are behind me, as well. I have a 2007 vehicle in the garage, showing about 6800 miles. My wife's health went south soon after we bought it, and I just don't feel up to long drives. I have an appointment with the dealer Tuesday, to get its annual checkup. :-[

My 22-yr old pickup gets most of my local miles.

I noticed these Bearded Irises yesterday, across the street.

This old Snowball Bush dates back to the family farm, where I lived in
the 1930s.

This small flower on a tall stem, the Daisy Fleabane, pops up in any spot
that is not mowed regularly.

All with the Olympus E-1 and Leica Macro-Elmarit-R 60mm, ISO 200.

Comments and critiques welcomed and appreciated.
