     That idiocy is not limited to the IT profession, but is widespread amongst 
occupations where young, ambitious fresh-outs see experienced employees as 
being roadblocks to their rapid advancement.  They immediately set about 
pursing the assassination of the experienced employees using whatever means 
they can acquire.
