I've been taking around the E-3 with 14-42 and 40-150 almost
exclusively these days. This kit quite small and lightweight. Yes, I
know the E-3 is the big brutas camera compared to the E-M5, but it's
working out fantastically for all the concerts we've been attending.

But for serious photography, where I'm covering the bases, it all
depends on whether or not I'm shooting film, digital or both.
Answering that basic question determines which one (or two) of several
bags to go with.

For a film-only bag, it also depends on if I'm shooting more than one
type of film. Mostly, though, film means B&W, so that simplifies it
down to a single camera body. Then it's an issue of lenses. More often
than not, I'm using the 28/2 and 100/2 or the 35-80/2.8 zoom. If I'm
trying to cover the bases, I've got a small bag that holds a 300/4.5,
200/4, 100/2, 50/1.4, 28/2 and 24/2 if I'm really wanting to cover
everything. But I've come to love a two-lens kit right now.
