For raw files (or jpg) You can get V7 of DXO elite for  free at
    http://www.DXO.com/intl/digitalphoto
(German, but DXO in your choice of languages)

Very powerful, but camera/lens choice a few years old. No OM though....

You can use Rawtherapee for processing RAW files.
