Actually, what you need is a 2x TC with one end adapt to 4/3 and the other end to FF camera, of course the light path should be corrected to fill the frame and proper match the camera's "flim to mount" distance. It is technical possible but you lost two stops, who will interest on such adapter?

Ken beat me to it. Yes, what you described is exactly the function of a teleconverter and he chose 2X because that's the minimum magnification that would be required to go from 4/3 to full frame.

You would need a 4/3 TC attached to the 4/3 lens. Your most pressing problem would be to find a 4/3 adapter to the full-frame camera.

Yes. That would be a 2X teleconverter with wide-field coverage.
