I had never heard of Red Jump Suit Apparatus, so I found it quite
interesting to see how they band handled the challenge to its use of
someone's photo without permission.

I read that story
from a Facebook link a couple days ago. Somebody needs a definite
attitude adjustment and some legal training....

My apologies to Chris; I used the
link he gave in the OM Digest a couple of days ago to make a posting on
