     Back in the early days of the Homeland Security paranoia there was an 
alert issued telling police to be aware of people with almanacs as they had 
information about terrorism targets.  I placed a Farmer's Almanac on my 
dashboard and wished that I could get a bumper sticker that said "I have an 
almanac and I know how to use it".
