Liquify.
People rather like being trimmed a bit and having their blemishes removed 
(nothing new in that - it used to be called 'retouching) but if it was done 
without permission, that's not forgivable. But I suspect her agent agreed to 
it. Photography + Music Industry does not equal realism!
