Yup, that's Hanlon's. There was a good reason it was overlooked of course and 
I'd rather that the systems were blamed than some poor sod but...I don't think 
he'll turn out to be a terrorist!
Of course, the exec could be lying but you don't normally initiate a cover up 
by admitting corporate guilt.
