Any chance of removing the front flange from the 10mm tube and replacing it
with an OM bayonet to make your own OM-m4/3 adaptor to solve a current
problem?

Micro 4 3 Camera Lens

I purchased this set of extension tubes for the E-M5 for about $50.

You may recall my earlier note on these tubes saying that they looked like
the much more expensive Kenko tubes which sell for $179 at B&H.

Like the other tubes that Moose reported on, the body sections of these
tubes are sturdy plastic. But they do not have the interior threads or
ridges that the Kenko tubes have to serve as light traps. The plastic is
dull black and not very shiny but I think I might eventually paint the
interior of the tubes flat black.

I can't decide what material the mount faces are made of. They look the
color of aluminum but are not aluminum... something much harder. The mounts
are quite well made. The spring tabs on the inside of the mount are
separate pieces of spring steel rather than slit and expanded brass like
most inexpensive lens adapters. I would say they are nearly on par with the
mount on the E-M5. They operate very smoothly when being installed or
removed. Recommended.
