Here in the People's Republic of Iowa, traffic usually zips along well
on the Interstates, but we have this problem with truck drivers
(18-wheelers, not Bubbamobiles) doing a rolling blockade. Some idiot
decides that he's going to pass the other truck and then gets a phone
call or something and ends up just cruise-controlling it at 50-65
where the legal speed is 70 and the effective speed is 75.
