I don't have a duplicate* set of OM bellows, but I do have bellows and focus
slide, and it happens that the central rib is the same for each - and
between them I have one type 1 and one type 2 - but I too hadn't realised
the difference.

Both are marked identically for "50mm" (clear) and "80mm" (orange), while
type 2 has additional marks (green) for "80mm Auto" which are 14mm closer to
the film plane than the respective markings for the 80mm.

I can't hazard a guess at a reasonable price, because that really depends on
how much the buyer would consider paying, and the seller accepting. But I
know one person who can offer a choice of type 1 and type 2 :-)

* Except I _did_ have a duplicate set, and the other set, long ago sold, did
have split nylon blocks. The splitting is due to shrinkage in the nylon, and
I found that shims of cartridge paper between the blocks and the central rib
went a long way to take up the slack resulting from the splitting - it
otherwise is hard to clamp the front and rear standards - although when a
cosmetically nicer set with no split appeared in my hands, I made the easy
choice. I part-exchanged the split-blocks set against other equipment. The
dealer valued it at GBP100, but it was seven years ago.

What Moose said. I didn't realize there were 2 "versions" either. I just
looked at mine and see that it's version 1... lacking the green marks for
the 80mm auto. But, if I needed those marks, I'd just use some small pieces
of tape as Moose suggests or maybe even a paint dab.
A photo of a version 2 rail would be nice but all that's really needed is a
measurement between the two orange marks and corresponding green marks. I
was surprised that the two lenses don't have the same back focal length but
that's not necessary on a bellows-only lens.
Nevertheless, since the two lenses have the same focal length the distance
between the orange and green marks can't be very large.

I just found this version 2 on ebay
<http://www.ebay.com/itm/OLYMPUS-OM-AUTO-BELLOWS-Slide-Copier-Double-Cable-R

From blowing up the image and measuring it appears to me that the green
marks are 12-13mm ahead of the corresponding orange marks. Someone who owns
one can get more precise. I would expect some difference in the distances
for 1X and 1.5X.

any of several others can photograph one so you can mark the appropriate
