I was actually going to order a tripod this weekend since the wife hit a
jackpot at the casino yesterday... until the pushrods for her wipers on her
car broke.....sigh. There went the tripod money.
Now, in case she's still on a hot streak and wins me toy money tonight...
I've definitely decided on that Manfrotto CF tripod. But it comes sans
head, so what does the collective wisdom of the group recommend? I like
the convenience of ballheads, but they're all over the place pricewise.
