A great deal!
The genuine Oly has three separate springs in the mount for the OM lens, each
held on with two screws. I'm sure it would
stand up better to heavy lenses and/or use than the inexpensive standard of a
kerf in the brass, spread a bit in the middle.
The Oly has an extra baffle and some interior ribbing that might give reduced
interior reflections, maybe subtly better
contrast.
Certainly not worth a 143% premium for our sort of use. Fortunately, mine cost
me a negative $5, after rebate. :-)
