Thanks for the report Mike - I was telling Alice about your analytical  
skills ;-)
And the aftertaste note brought a smile here.

OTT, 'mousse' pronounced as 'moose' means foam in French, and is  
metaphorically used  for ... beer
(a synechdoche unless the list experts find an apter description).
I don't know if the origin of the US MD may be traced back to it though.

Alice insist that you come and visit our local breweries.
Of course, I fully support the proposal.
