In 1970 I graduated from a Kodak Retinette 1B to a late model single wind
M3, along with several lenses, which was my main kit for the next 29 years.
In 1999 I aspired to an SLR and a Leica R 6 2 in particular. The store
person pointed out an OM4T and had me test drive both cameras. The latter
won out and the rest is history.
