Interesting how cities/towns get named from older cities/town, I presume the
immigrants that named them had limited imagination or just wanted to be
reminded about their memories of those places. We have exactly the same
thing in Oz as in the USofA, I live fairly close to Heidelberg, Kew,
Brunswick, etc.
