They show up on ebay from time to time. I think usually at about $65 or so,
the last few I have seen.

Frankly, I think a winder or motordrive makes a better grip, with the
addition of the useful motor function too as a free bonus. Not to mention a
winder is probably cheaper than the plastic grip anyway, and a lot more
common...
