It's a good argument. But I think to make a pinhole for 4x5 machine is not
difficult as find a plate (plastic or metal are OK, maybe a paper) to bore a
hole and insert at lens plate of the machine. Frankly, I will not spend too
much time for pinhole shots, just for fun only.
