If you liked Zion, then check out Bryce Canyon. There's also Great Basin
NP in NE Nevada, but to see the scenery you have to do some serious hiking.
And of course there's the Grand Canyon, and the North Rim is not that much
further. Lots of worthwhile vistas.
The cliff dwellings in Mesa Verde NP in far SW Colorado are overwhelming,
so if you want to narrow it down to one unique visit I'd put that one at the
top of the list.
