I never shoot in any other mode, but raw.
These images arent really ready for print, I think that I mentioned in my
original post that they need a lot of work. My mother really forced me to
"show something", my B+W conversion for the most images is just a lazy pick of
Ilford film from the pull down menu...which makes the noise actually very
appealing (I really like B+W film grain).

I think you did well. The only work you need to do is some
shadow/highlight adjustments on some images and a better white balance
on the color images. I don't think I'd try to get a true white balance
but what you have it much too yellow. I assume the A200 is the Minolta
A200. If you shot in raw you should be in good shape.
