Some type of "blue." Round these parts would be a Spring Azure. That is my quick best guess from the one shot. They are fairly abundant in N. America, found near the Ipswich river close to my house. I don't have one image of them that I like. Would study the image more, but up very very early for a meeting. Thanks for posting the nice image.
