My only issue was with their assembly of the two parts of a M42 to 4/3
adapter using set screws in the rim. These loosened up when I used heavy
lenses. I separated the two parts after marking the alignment carefully,
and re-assembled them after applying a few drops of "Super Glue". No more
problems.
