Grado makes an in-ear phone but they are expensive. The bigger Grado SR series 
are outstanding but everyone else will hear what you are listening to.

Good sound along w noise cancellation when using IE phones depends on how well 
they seal. My Klipsch S4 have an angled ear tip which creates a better seal. 
They have a nice even sound, right amount of treble and bass. For under 100 I 
like them. I tried the Bose IE2 and they felt cheaply made. For the price you 
would expect Bose to be better quality.
