Jan discovered Canadian English, which is neither American nor British,
and probably to the chagrin of both. You also need to remember that
English is nothing, if not inconsistent. Just because the PP of "forget"
is "forgotten", doesn't mean that PP of "get" is "gotten".

Don't worry about it, Jan, I think Andrew's memory has failed him, for
he does not remember the past tense of forget. I think he must have
'forgot'
