I have various watches, some pricey. My day to day watch is a plastic analog
that cost $10, is quite handsome, to my
taste, in its simplicity. It does nothing but tell time - gaining a few seconds
a MONTH, better than any other watch or
clock I have that doesn't get it's time over the air or through the electric
supply.
Tied for second best timekeeper among my watches are a used, silvertone, no
name, hunter case I bought on the beach In
Puerto Vallarta and a cheap digital Timex. Go figure.
Then, of course, there's the solid, all metal case, attractive, outdoor Timex
that only has a quite loose idea of what
time is, let alone a clue about how to keep track of it. :-)
