Not unless they've changed things in the past year.
They have a form you download, then fax or email back to them, then they give
you a quote with the usual caveat that it is subject to verification upon
receipt. (Obviously, if you get a quote based on MINT and it arrives in BGN
condition, they don't have to honour their quote.)
