I've recently been working with a novice photog on the Manual Minolta 
group who had been having significant trouble getting good exposures. 
Trying to explain the foibles of reflected meters was difficult and I 
convinced him to buy a used Minolta flash/incident meter that was 
offered at a good price.  He posted a new set of film images yesterday 
(bright sun, shade and mixed) and all are perfectly exposed.  :-)
