Speaking of steaks....

Last night a vendor took several of us out to dinner. We went to the
Grinnell Steakhouse (formerly AJ's) and I had one of the best fillets
ever. This is one of those "grill it yourself or we can for you"
places. I did my own...  What a beautiful hunk of meat and it was
soooo tender you could almost cut it with your fork. As close to
perfection as I've ever had.

We do keep SOME of the primest of the prime for ourselves here.
