That's the problem with birds and wildlife in general. They aren't  
interested in hanging around to pose. I suppose that's why wildlife  
photogs have known places to set up where they have a good notion of  
light and such, with built-in differentiation. For the rest of us,  
it's catch as catch can. Sometimes we get lucky.
