Thanks, Chris. I read your previous post with some interest. I have been
dealing with pain in my left shoulder and upper arm for several months. My
doctor suspects it is some form of tendonitis, probably from a lifting
episode, and recommended starting with some rehab therapy. I am scheduled
to have them evaluate my problem on Thursday. I hope there is some simple
exercise that will help.
