exact diagnosis.
I'm not questioning what you both think it's best for him, what I
should have written is "Which one is his illness name?" - it would be
easier for me to understand what's going on if posed that way, and get
a three-words-answer. The story will remain long, but my understanding
will be very quick.
Yes, I understood the point you made - that's how it should be, and
it's perfectly normal professional medical care work.
