I use Gmail to consolidate all my multiple email accounts so that all
messages appear in the same Inbox. I assign a coloured label to them
automatically according to which account/server they've come from so I can
see them all or select any individual account. The beauty is that I can get
the same view from my home pc, my work pc, my phone, or any other web
browser.
On my work pc I have to use Outlook - I like the integration between Mail,
Tasks and Calendar - but Google can do that too. We have some experiments
with Google Wave which looks interesting.
