No, it was me who missed a more careful explanation.

Once I needed two t32s, but had only one. Wanted to photograph an
unusual bird, straight in front of me at maybe 5~6 meters, on Velvia
50. Flash (red light in viewfinder, or on t32, didn't blink) - and I
wouldn't go hunting a t45 or any other flash unit: I seldom use a
flash. I only needed to handheld a couple of t32s, and I happened to
find another - and a PBG2 at an affordable price.
For that special use, daisy chain of t32s must be done, but the second
unit must be fixed on the whole structure. Found _two NIB_ t20
adapters at a very affordable price too. It is possible, thus, too
screw the second unit to the PBG2 and daisy chain it to the one
connected to the PBG2. Besides, this first unit charges very quickly.
This way, you can handheld this funny thing with a 300, or 200 + 2X-A
mounted.
Only that I never met that species of bird again ... and the
supposedly failed picture didn't come out that bad.
My scanning technique and PS workflow was lacking during 2006, I
believe I have improved a little, judge by yourself.
Now that I'm looking at it again, I realize I didn't know how to do a
decent unsharp ...

This is the picture I was talking about:

handheld Olympus OM 2n on Auto mode, shoe mounted Olympus T 32 flash
on TTL-OTF mode (close to 1/60 so as to fill-in), Zuiko 200mm ƒ/4
doubled by Zuiko 2X-A, @ ƒ/5.6 (400mm @ ƒ/11), Winder 2, Eyecup 1. -
Film: Fuji Velvia 50 - perceptual intent conversion from adobe RGB
1998 to sRGB.

This one, I've just finished doing it.
I intended to post it at a recent sunset thread, but found your post first.
Beware: it's sRGB, but film is Ektachrome 100, shot during summer 1991.
Grain ? - beautiful grain, but now I prefer RVP or RDPIII ;-)

Mike, I was about to write you about cool laser surgery of the iris,
and its unexpected complications, and the use of 'anhidrasa carbónica'
(translation missing) - but falling asleep, it's way past midnight
here :-/ .... boring things for sometime ahead.

Better plug in my headphones and listen to Tangerine Dream :-)

Cheers,

Fernando.
