Your attachment didn't make it for some reason.  But the quick and easy 
answer is to try the shadow/highlight control and turn the highlights 
down.  I few months ago I wouldn't have thought such a simple control 
could work such magic on sky and clouds but Moose showed that it could. 
  Watch the other areas of the image to see that cutting the highlights 
in the sky doesn't wreak havoc elsewhere.  If so you may need to apply a 
mask.  That's not too hard either.

If that doesn't do enough for you (eg: there is just too little blue 
left) there are more tricks that can be applied.
