A friend of mine asked me a question that I have not been able to find a
clear answer. I'm hoping this hive mind will come up with an answer.
When replacing the fiber element (mantle) in a Coleman gas lantern, does
the mantle have to be burned with a match with no gas prior to it's usage?
No OM connection but I did take a lot of photos with my OM-1 when I used to
camp a lot in my youth.
