I'm more than a 'bit' surprised - mainly because I hadn't checked such a
thing since I have my 4Ti a few months ago.
I regularly check it, you may well remember the red 'diodes' test I did
when I was 20 :-)

I would do it right now, but it's loaded with Provia. The plain 4 is not
loaded, it's uncocked, but has no batteries - anyway, you remember how
yours behaved.

Only thing I can quickly do is go and read what the 'official' manual says.
Never cross-checked it to the one you can download, but for some reason
I think they're not the same edition.

My dog must be freezing at the front-yard, now I have two good reasons
to go downstairs :-)

Fernando.
