There's an annual event in Leuven (Belgium) where many of the restaurants
have a pavement spot and sell samplers - usually 1-4 euro for a small plate
of food, plus of course, Leuven being in the heart of beer-country, plenty
of opportunity for a tipple. There are various entertainments too, such as
a barman race (with a tray of drinks), music, ... See more at
