I'd love that's true then I don't need to worry the DOF of my FZ-18's 1/2.5"
sensor and the 500mm equivalent lens as the DOF should be the same as my 5D
II with a true 500mm lens.

Is there any test sample that shown they have the same DOF? My
result shown they are VERY different.
