You make it sound like a project. I suppose nobody believes how quick
and easy it is to use in practice.

Highly dependent on subject. PTLens doesn't have a profile for the 35/2.
The one for 21/3.5 is actually quite good for 35/2. Better, for example
than the Zeiss 35/2, which leaves a slight wave. While PTLens can read
EXIF to set things automagically, it also has options to let you choose
your own. Useful both for MF lenses and experimenting with other lenses
for one not on the list.

For some time, I was using the Canon 28-300 mm profile on shots from my
Tamron 28-300 mm. I always intended to get around to taking the test
shots, but the Canon profile worked so well I didn't have a lot of
incentive. (Similar design choices by two teams, apparently.) With the
last update I downloaded, my lens has appeared. Sometimes
procrastination does pay. :-)

You may take simple calibration shots according to instructions on the
site and he will create new profiles for your lenses. He says there that
he isn't in the business of profiling film lenses, too big a project.
But he has been responsive in adding profiles for old MF lenses used on
FF DSLRs.

I'm pretty sure not.

It's obvious if you look, but only in the way the sides of the ad
display bulge slightly outward. The full image width lines of the bus
are a sort of worst case.
