That's an interesting take. They don't do that here. In New England,  
pizza is nearly as popular as Dunkin Donuts, and there are five  
mom-'n'-pop pizza places for every chain place. My estimation of the  
best pizza in this rural neck of the woods is a cheesy (literally)  
little convenience store and gas station out next to the back of  
beyond. That's some good pizza, far better than any I've ever had  
from any of the chains.
