One of my favorite lenses is the Canyon180mm macro.

These are un-cropped but reduced size. The 4th one
has the wings going in and out of plane-of-focus.

Probably one of the reasons higher pixel count is pointless
for macro shots, as I rarely shoot in the optimal F-stop
range, and if I do, how many pixels does it take to 
render bokeh?
