Also in MS Word - control, alternate, l/c "c" will give you the copyright
symbol... obviously not in e-mail.

This does not appear immediately to have what
you want but is a useful resource.
I suggest that you try ALT/0169 on the numeric
keypad for the copyright symbol ©. Also, ALT/0128 for the Euro sign €.
