Very anxious customer called, said he was going to Hawaii on Monday. He
turned on his digital P&S and the entire lens assembly fell off. He
wanted to know if THAT was a big repair job. Also he was shocked to
hear that it was probably caused by impact damage and repair price would
be more than a new camera. A good start for the day!
