As to youth of electronics, there are quite a few plain old OM-4 bodies
around that have had their circuits replaced with 4T circuits as repairs
in the past. So it is quite possible to buy a 4 with a newer circuit
than some 4T(i)s. All you lose is the ability to use the F280 flash in
FP mode.

Details and how to tell which circuit a 4 has are here.

How do I know there are quite a few out there? Because I ended up with
three without much trouble. That's more than I need now, so I would be
happy to sell one, but you would probably be better off looking within
the EU.
