Shouldn't they be using the 405? It's rated for 16.5 lbs. vs. the 11 for
the 410. But it does cost a lot.....
I bought my 410 used, and cheap. One of the gear mechanisms was stiff
and jerky. I was amazed at how cheap the replacement assembly was. Now
smoooooth and lash free. So those folks could refurb. their heads for
little cost.
