I had a similar problem with my E-1, It was never bothered me enough to 
send it in, and in any case using a tripod seemed to help so I put it 
down to my eye, four thirds is not as easy to see level as other formats.

I had dropped my camera very early on - the first week I bought it and 
wondered if that might be the cause
