Ouch!

104 pages full colour perfect bound from Lulu, about $20.

Lulu does have a "photo book" product which is likely competing with iLife,
but from Chuck's description - 90 pages text, a dozen colour - I suspect
that the high-quality photo book will be overkill for those 90 pages.

Granted, the iLife product looks to be everything you might wish for!

Apple ILife application suite allows you to set up a book and Apple will
have it printed.

A book of the size you are interested in would be about $120.
