I didn't do it out of any positive intention, urge for clean living, or
some such. One day, I just lost interest. Had a couple of mild headaches
for a couple of days, and that was it.
Interestingly enough, I'm ready to go when I wake up. Carol Anne is like
so many others I know. It takes them about an hour to really wake up.
I'm no advocate for or against, it's just what happened to me.
Same thing happened earlier, although more gradually, with sodas. I
drink a lot of water and am happy.
